Polyurethane Prepolymers

Witton has considerable experience of manufacturing polyurethanes, particularly moisture curing PU prepolymers based on MDI, IPDI, oligomeric isocyanates and silanes in combination with polyols for use in sealants and adhesives. We can handle and use moisture sensitive materials, flammable solvents, viscous liquids and undertake formulation & blending.

Note – Witton does not use TDI or HDI due to their very high volatility and toxic properties.
